- All patients and their attendants, staff, must treat each other with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour towards others will not be tolerated.
- The Patients should follow the treatment plans advised by our Ayurvedic physicians dedicatedly. It is essential to communicate any concerns or difficulties in following the treatment plan to the doctor.
- The Patients are expected to be punctual for their appointments and therapy sessions. Arriving on time ensures that treatments can be administered as per the schedule and maintains the smooth functioning of the hospital.
- Patients must inform the physician about any medications they are taking, including herbal supplements and over-the-counter drugs. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and not make any changes without consulting the Ayurvedic doctor.
- Patient information, including medical records and personal details, is treated with strict confidentiality.
- Everyone presents in the hospital premises must prioritize safety. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the hospital authorities immediately.
- The use of electronic devices, including mobile phones, should be done discreetly and without disturbing others. Using electronic devices in treatment areas is prohibited.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited within the hospital premises.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while visiting the hospital.
- Visitors should be calm and quiet to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for patients and staff.
- Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in appropriate action, which can include warnings, suspension of therapies and treatment and discharge from the hospital, depending on the severity of the violation.
- Dress Code: Patients should dress appropriately and modestly during their stay at the hospital. Wearing loose and comfortable clothing is encouraged, especially during treatments and therapies.
- Payment and Billing: Patients are expected to settle their bills promptly as per the hospital’s payment policies. For any questions related to billing and payment, patients can contact the hospital’s administration.
- Feedback and Complaints: We value feedback from our patients and their families. If anyone has any suggestions or complaints, they are encouraged to communicate them through the appropriate channels. We will address concerns with utmost care and attention.
- Follow-up and Aftercare: Patients are encouraged to follow up with the medical team as advised. Aftercare instructions and lifestyle recommendations should be taken seriously to maintain the benefits of treatments.
Check-In and Check-Out: Treatment programs commence from the day of check-in and conclude on the day of check-out.
When you book rooms for treatment in Atrivana Hospital, you agree to the following terms and conditions
- Payment Policy: A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking, and the remaining amount is payable upon check-in (day of arrival).
- All Bookings / Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of required documents and the payment
* Most of the insurance companies are not covering the expenses for ayurvedic treatment. Only you have to enquire whether ayurveda treatments are covered from your Insurance Company. You have to pay money to us, then you can try to get reimbursement from the insurance company. That is your responsibility. Hospital does not accept money from insurance company. If you need any bill or any supportive document to get the insurance, we will support you.

Hospital disclaimer.
- Patients and their attendant are required to comply with all medical and stay requirements as per Government regulations applicable at the time of stay.
- Cancellations or amendments allowed without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival for bookings.
- In case of cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours prior to arrival, a retention amount of 50% of the booking value would be charged.
- In case of no show – A retention amount of 100% of the booking value would be charged.
- Foreigners are requested to pay only in Indian Money (Rupees).
- Cheques, Traveller’s cheques are not accepted.
- There is ATM facility at around 5 Km from our hospital.
Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
Admission
- After thorough investigations and examinations by the physician, type of treatment is decided. In order to confirm the room, the patients are requested to contact through phone or e-mail.
- Spot admission is not allowed in the hospital. At the time of admission, the patient has to provide their address, phone number, id proof in the office on admission.
Accommodation: The tariff includes a comfortable private room with essential amenities during your stay at our hospital.
Food
- South Indian vegetarian meals will be provided.
- Purified drinking water will be provided in the campus.
We take only limited number of patients each month. So, we advise you to reserve your treatment programs minimum 15 days in advance before arrival.
